Luis Suarez former former barca player to miss Barcelona clash because of covid-19


Madrid striker Luis Suarez will be unavailable to face his former club Barcelona this weekend, having tested positive for coronavirus while on international duty.

The 33-year-old has been in impressive form for Atletico during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring five goals and providing one assist in six La Liga appearances.

The experienced forward had been set to tackle former club Barca at Wanda Metropolitano on Saturday, but he will now be unavailable due to a positive coronavirus test
